No COVID exchange policy

Bought a track driving experience for a friends birthday in the summer 2020. He had to cancel after booking at relative short notice due to having to self isolate. No refund/exchange of any kind or rebooking allowed. Almost every other retailer has a special COVID policy for refund/exchange in these times, but not Red Letter Days. Absolute waste of £150 at this uncertain time, I wrongly assumed they would have a policy like this. Don’t bother booking anytime soon, as if your status changes it’s your problem.
